Education: Diploma in IT support or equivalent from an accredited college. Work Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
1-Install, repair and maintain hardware and software. 2-Use schematic or manufacturers instructions and manauals to diagnos and make repairs. 3-Assist in utilization review of computer hardware/software. 4-Install, maintain Microsoft Office and other personal computer based applications. 5- Manage network cabling.
