Education : High school or equivalent education - Essential Diploma in property management or related field - Preferred Work Experience : Minimum of one ( 1 ) year experience in inventory/Property control and proved capacity for basic mathematics-Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 413-410) (IBT: 34)
1- Assist in preparing and maintaining all officer property records, reports, and tag registers 2- conduct inventories of all assets that are a part of an assigned project 3- Update the oracle system related to transfer of items 4- Deliver property to appropriate departments as directed 5- assist in the identifying, tagging and recording assets. 6- assist with the disposal of assets approved for scrap and salvage. 7- assist in transferring inventories to required facilities 8- store assets withdrawn from use. 9- assist in relocating assets to the clinical engineering, U&M, Communications department, and otherevaluating department for repair and maintenance. 10- Complete transfer forms and update the system. 11- Prepare and complete the necessary supporting documents for the cases presented at the damage & Loss committee, 12- Review and evaluate estimated costs and determine whether they are acceptable or require reevaluation 13- Inspect furniture: assess and determine whether a re-upholstery is required. 14- Repair/Re-upholster minor furniture damages using hand and/or power tools. and other equipment. 15-perform other job related duties as required
