Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or in any area of health administration, management administration — Essential Master's Degree in Organizational Development —preferred Work Experience: Minimum of Six (6) years of progressive health care experience — Essential Experience in organizational development in a hospital or health system English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)
1. Analyzes hospital's existing management processes, practices and systems and recommend need for revision, consolidation, or discontinuation as necessary. 2. Reviews and evaluates Committee design and analysis as well as its interfaces with other existing or proposed committee and monitors committee activities such active or inactive, progressing to meet its set deadlines or objectives. 3. Analyzes committee formulation for accuracy, adequacy, identifies foreseen problems and probable causes and recommend alternative solutions for problem area including cost and effect of related system and operations. 4. Ensures that programs and processes has well-integrated management systems and sub-systems in place to contribute in the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization and its affiliated facilities. 5. Identifies needs for and develops and recommends policy, procedure, or system modifications. 6. Provides technical guidance and serves as liaison between organizational units and department within the NGHA organization. 7. Prepare and submit course of action in narrative and statistical information to help implement the suggestions. 8. Collaborates in the database maintenance of management processes, practices, and committees for effective and efficient storing, extracting, and monitoring. 9. Performs other job related duties, as assigned.
