RESPONSIBILITY: • Handles the assessment and development of Administrative Policies and Procedures. • Ensures availability, efficiency, and streamline of Business processes. • Identifies opportunities for performance improvement through undertaking internal diagnosis of the ongoing business process to understand barriers and possible process re-engineering. • Ensures that all initiatives and development projects are completed as directed. • reviews and amends the Delegation of Authority. • Handles the creation of the organizational structure. • Designs and maintains the rules for the span of control in different business units. • Conducts regular review of the organizational structure and recommends amendments, enhancing organizational efficiency • Performs other job-related duties as required.
