- English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) - Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting. - Experience: Minimum five (5) years practical experience.
- Effectively plans for all processes involved in financial, operational or administrative auditing and follow up management tasks according to the area of assignment. - Coordinates all aspects auditing, liaises with the audit team members, determines appropriate audit budget considers the risks involved and ways to control them. - Works closely with the audit team to analyze both quantitative and qualitative financial, operational and administrative audit data for use in audit reports. Serves as troubleshooter in assisting staff in identifying and resolving auditing issues, including policy and regulation matters. - Assesses the scope of auditing tasks, develops appropriate audit schedules, estimates timelines and test different audit models so as to guide other auditor on the course of action. - Assists in audit program evaluation, development and improvement of auditing methods and techniques. Provides timely support, direction and guidance to junior staff when called upon. - Performs audits within budgets and adheres to predetermined time frames. - As part of a team, participate in financial, operational and administrative auditing to identify inconsistencies in the work procedures, suggests solutions and escalates major concerns with the concerned people. - Performs follow ups reviews when necessary to determine whether situations have been rectified. Also, proposes further action as required. - Excellent interpersonal skills and good team player. Written and oral communication. Knowledge in prepares letters and reports using clear and concise language. Proactively manages personal professional training and self-improvement. Strong numeracy skills and attention to details.
