Job Requirements

- English Language skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) Education: Diploma Degree - Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years working experience in operating alarm room - Essential Other Requirements: Valid Saudi Driving License – Essential Certification in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) – Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Receives alarms of fire or other emergency, by alarm system, radio, or telephone and dispatches the predetermined response including the computerized system. - Dispatch additional equipment or personnel to incidents as required. - Maintains a logbook in a clear and neat written language, in accordance with instructions. - Receives and logs reports of all occurrences such as emergency calls, movement of vehicles and officers, alarm faults, isolation and reset, alarm tests, and other items as required - Carries out for receiving and sending tests of all mobile and portable radios, maintains a record of each test, and immediately reports faults. - Logs movement of keys in and out of the key boxes. - Answers administrative telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate extension line. - Maintain the Fire Alarm Room in a clean, tidy, and operational state at all times. - Ensures that the Alarm Room is never left unattended. - Performs other job related duties as required.
