Education: Bachelor degree in Business administration, training and development, human resources, or in related fields. Working Experience: Minimum of three (3) years working experience’s in related fields English Language Skills: Level I Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial Computer Skills Level : Level II
1. Coordinate with department heads and education coordinators to assess the need for training of academic and non-academic including internship, volunteer training in house courses and on the job training. 2. Collaborates with other department in creating or developing training programs in response to feedback from others. 3. Coordinate basic coaching and motivational techniques, adaptation of lesson plan or materials appropriate to specific instructional situations and methods. 4. Investigate issues raised in classes or during any training and provides satisfactory feedback to students and supervisors and incorporate solutions as needed. 5. Maintains coordination with trainers and training coordinators in public and private sectors. 6. Liaise with different department for the annual schedule for testing 7. Maintains E-Learning online program and prepare related certificates 8. Coordinates the training venue and ensures all facilities and equipment needed are available. 9. Provides and follow up logistical support for training by scheduling and coordinating training venues, transport, and accommodation, room set up, instructors and equipment. 10. Participates in reviewing instructional materials for specific topic, target audience and learning environment to identify the elements of lesson plan, learning environment and resources that need adaptation. 11. Develops and assist in planning annual training calendars. 12. Represents and participates in any ad hoc committees related to training and development.
