Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field – Essential Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a related field – Essential English Skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties:  Coordinates all CPD’s continuous medical education activities with national and international bodies.  Attends all necessary meetings with requestors and represents CPD.  Completes all necessary coordination, logistics, administrative work, and sets up and dismantle workshop/skill stations of the educational activity in and outside of the CPD.  Prepares and sends all necessary requests to supporting departments such as visa application, hotel accommodation, transportation services, property management, events announcement, printing press, media services, ticket issuance.  Coordinates the internal and external distributions of announcements and/or advertisements on educational activities; ensures that the material is proofread and properly collated  Assists in preparing annual reports and event budgets including financial statements, manpower, and equipment requirements, in coordination with the finance department.  Ensures smooth running of the event, directs participants, and provides onsite event support and coordination.  Performs other job-related duties as required.
