Education: Diploma Degree – Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in the call center or customer services field — Preferred English Language Skills: IELTS: 3, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 400-465) (IBT: 32)
• Performs the duties of a telephone operator in shifting hours. • Maintains and follows the monthly schedule to ensure continuous service in the University and Housing. • Maintains a complete alphabetical listing of all staff. • Receives telephone trouble reports/requests and refers to the supervisor. • Trains the new telephone operators. • Assist employees in sending and locating fax messages. • Deals with all emergency procedures and emergency calls. • Answers and assist callers by transferring the calls to the appropriate department/person based on services business required. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
