Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates all PTC’s continuous medical education activities with national and international bodies following KSAU-HS and accrediting bodies standards and guidelines. • Attends all necessary meetings with requestors and represents PTO as delegated by Management. • Communicates with requesting department, international guests and all supporting departments inside and outside KSA U-HS. • Completes all necessary coordination, logistics, administrative work, and sets-up and dismantle workshop/skill stations of the educational activities in and outside of the PTC. • Prepares and sends all necessary requests to supporting departments such as visa application, hotel accommodation, transportation services, property management, events announcement, printing press, media services, ticket issuance, etc. • Coordinates the internal and external distributions of announcements and /or advertisements on educational activities; ensures that the material is proofread and properly collated according to existing policies. • Arranges travel and accommodation requirements for courses taught in different regions of the university; coordinates and ensures that the required payments are collected prior to the course commencement. • Assists in coordinating with various companies for sponsorship. • Prepares reports, summarizing the details of educational activities of the PTC. • Prepares related reports for submission to international and local accrediting bodies. • Assists in preparing annual reports including financial statements, budget, manpower and capital equipment requirements. • Plans and prepares the event’s budget, income, submits necessary payment details of course expenditures as allocated in the approved budget in accordance to Finance Department requirement and existing policies. • Collects necessary teaching and training materials for the event, hardware, equipment, tools and handouts. • Perform other job related duties as required
