Education: Bachelor Degree in Law - Essential Work Experience: One (1) Years of experience in the legal field - Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
- Conducts investigations of all reported incidents and complaints. - Submits incident Reports and investigations with Findings, Conclusion, and Recommendations. - Respond to general investigation service calls, incidents, and complaints. - Conducts legal research and review of administrative policies and procedures and other legal documents. - Investigates on-site traffic accidents involving University vehicles, property, and private vehicles, and Assists in handling incidents of police interest. - Carries out cargo inspections of departing employees and personal shipment of the university employees. - Represents the university before courts in all judicial disputes and takes necessary legal proceedings to protect its legal interests. - Reviews agreements, contracts, reports, and other pertinent documents, in compliance with Saudi laws and regulations and provides legal recommendations accordingly. - Liaising to all governmental organizations and private entities. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
