IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) - Essential Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university- Essential Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in recreation programs or related fie lds, out of five (5) years at least two (2) years should be in a supervisory level - Essential Computer Skills Level: Level - II - Essential
Principal Duties: • Supervises directly and evaluates the assigned recreation staff. • Prepares work schedules for assigned staff to ensure all activities are adequately manned. • Provides and facilitates special t raining for additional knowledge of the assigned staff. • Coordinates, facilitates or aid in the development of in-service and training programs for recreation services staff. • Supervises, implements, plans, executes and evaluates an appropriate and varied recreation programs which meets the individual needs of project housed employee and dependents. • Ensures that approved programs are properly communicated to appropriate staff and program participants. • Liaises with the procurement department to ensure appropriate number of equipment and supplies are maintained for all recreational programs. • Liaises with other departments and/or outside agencies providing special services relating to Staff Recreation Services as required. • Maintains approved project records as required by the departmental policy. • Ensures adopting good practice and compliant to the project policy. • Performs other job related duties as required.
