Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent from an accredited institution. Work experience: Minimum of four (4) years related experience. English language Skills: Level – 1 (65 and above.)

Job Responsibilities

Responsibility: 1. Provide full clerical support in processing of contacts and amendments, including reviewing submitted requisitions and ensuring their full compliance with standards, prior to commencing the contacting procedure. Provide other general support pertaining to activities/transactions of Contact Management. 2. Assist om preparing contractual plans, contractual forms, status reports, and briefings. Maintain contact files and prepare relevant summaries. 3. Liaise with all relevant internal and external parties in obtaining all required documentation to ensure smooth and expeditious processing of contractual requirements. Conduct appropriate follow-ups. 4. Monitor all incoming/outgoing shipments. Ensuring that all specifications and quantities of requested items are accurately recorded and logged and the items are shipped/received on-time. Conduct follow-ups as appropriate. 5. Conduct spot checks on items for shipment, ensuring that the quantity and expiration dates of those items are accurately scanned and logged with special emphasis given to items with high values. Check the pick and pack slips to ensure the items have been entered and issued properly. 6. Ensure that tracking system is maintained and updated. Provide regular reports with updates on shipments. 7. Assist in developing logistic contingency plans, methodologies tools and support policies and procedures. 8. Ensure full compliance with relevant policies and procedures, as well as with Supply Chain activities, standards and regulations. 9. Perform other job related duties as required.
