Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field – Essential Work Experience: Two (2) Years of experience in a related field - Essential English Language Level: Level – I – Essential IELTS: 5, STEP: %75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential

Job Responsibilities

 Coordinates the administration of the Residency Training Programs under the auspices of Academic Affairs, and in accordance with Saudi Council regulations and produce and update Resident’s orientation manual.  Produces and update Resident’s Orientation Manual and Departmental Rules & Regulations.  Coordinates the requirements based on long and short term needs of the department.  Attends Medical Education Committee Meeting and take the necessary action to implement the Committee’s decisions.  Prepares and generates computerized reports and tracking of Arab Board and Saudi Board examination results and registration.  Coordinates related administrative activities of the postgraduate training programs when needed.  Submits related quarterly reports. Produces highlights of residency training reports as needed. Submits correspondence and memoranda as needed  Performs other job-related duties as required.
