-Assist in providing and maintaining acceptable quality standard of dental laboratory works. -Fabricate prostheses as experience and capabilities permit according to its international standards. -Act as a preceptor and/or resource for new dental laboratory employees/trainees. -Assist in introducing and evaluating new and state of art technology in dental laboratory field. -Assist the Dental Laboratory Supervisor by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and workflow and design and keep all necessary records of all work performed. -Attends latest training techniques and programs from other dental companies -Perform other job related duties as assigned.
