Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering - Essential Master's degree in engineering - Preferred Work Experience: Eight (8) years of experience in project planning/scheduling for operational platforms in heavy construction 􀈮 Essential Other Requirements: Primavera P3 and or MS Project certification - Preferred. English Language Level: Level - I - Essential

Job Responsibilities

􀁸 Monitor any change order, identify and analyze variances from the program goals, develop reports, and provide recommendations and corrective actions to mitigate the impact. 􀁸 Establishes, monitors, and ensures the information management system is developed, maintained and updated for the efficiency of planning, reviewing, entry of specifications and evaluations with automated or ad hoc generation of required reports. 􀁸 Coordinates and carries out daily updates to existing schedules and tracks the overall progress and effectiveness of all projects, and ensures cost and performance systems meet the required data standards. 􀁸 Assists and coordinates with Project Management Office staff daily to identify progress, probable adjustment of scheduled work, and advise relevant issues to optimize schedules. 􀁸 Participates in the department's training and development and quality management activities in advancing alternative approaches to scheduling project activities and developing sustainable long-term solutions. 􀁸 Prepares and produces weekly/monthly status reports of project requirements for the designated area, including reviews of other required reports. 􀁸 Participates in related planning discussions of assigned projects from start to completion and all project reviews as required. 􀁸 Assists in developing, recommending and implementing internal policies and procedures of the designated area. 􀁸 Maintains and ensures awareness of all operational commissioning requirements/activities are appropriately identified and scheduled to comply with commissioning target dates and budget requirements. 􀁸 Performs other job related duties as required.
