- English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) - Education: Associate Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor's Degree. - Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in related field.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. - Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. -File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. -Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
