Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Medical Education, Law, Health Sciences or related field - Essential Work Experience : Six (6) years of experience in related field - Essential English Language Skills : IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
Principal Duties: • Acts as a senior team leader in assigned major policy and/or development projects. • Applies several management methods in solving policy issues in connection with KSAU-HS. • Maintains conceptual knowledge of all policies, guidelines and procedures. • Provides consultative; and facilitates resource and assistance in the proper interpretation of all policies and procedure. • Monitors high level policy related issues in KSAU-HS to ascertain the need and validity to meet organizational requirements ensuring conformity, efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintains knowledge on current trends and makes recommendations for continuous improvements. • Performs other job related duties as required.
