Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Laws or related equivalent from an accredited University - E Masters Degree in Laws - P Proficiency in understanding of Saudi Law - B Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in the legal field - Essential - English Language Skills: STEP: %75, IELTS: 6 or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct factual investigations and study legal documentation to determine causes of action and case research for legal matters within MNGHA. Prepare and review legal documentation including tender invitation, contractual agreements, legal correspondence, policy regulations and other associated tasks. • Formulate recommendations; provide advice and guidance pertaining to legal matters arising within the program. Provide legal counsel for program legal issues including participation and negotiation for all legal matters. Represent the program to appear before local courts and tribunals for defense and arbitration cases. Maintain databases on all carried out legal research. Prepare Tender Legal Documents and review the Contracts and provide legal advice in order to ascertain the legal issues affecting the program and ensure compliance with their terms and legal requirements. Ensure program policies and procedures are protecting the program's legal interest and conform to the program principals and the laws. Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal and internal requirements of the program and ensure that the provision of legal advice, policies and procedures is in line with the terms and legal requirements. • Review administrative policies and procedures and other legal documents within the program and advice on modifications and amendments ensuring application of country law, legal rulings and regulations. • Provide general analysis of likely outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents. • Perform other job related duties.
