Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, Art, Public Administration or a related discipline - Essential Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Art, Public Administration or related discipline - Preferred Work Experience: Minimum of Five (5) years position related experience two of which must be at a supervisory level - Essential Other Skills/Abilities: -Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. -Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time. -Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with database operations.

Job Responsibilities

1-Receives communications from within and outside KSAU-HS. 2-Screens all incoming memorandums and discusses critical issues appropriately. 3-Drafts actions and responses relevant to the issues received following on from discussions. 4-Provides general administrative support, including coordinating and follow-up with departmental staff to expedite actions on the various matters assigned within the department. 5-Manages the office, supervises the work of secretarial staff and preforms other secretarial functions. 6-Prepares, develops forms, tracking and filing systems for use in the office. Plans, develops and facilitates changes in procedures, forms and practices, workflows and personnel assignment, as necessary. 7-Performs other job related duties as required.
