Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent- Essential Work Experience: Minimum of(2) year work experiences in Recruitment / Human Resources or equivalent -Preferred English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
- Logs all applications of both academic and non-academic to the system. - Prepares Nominations Shortlisted candidates to the departments/colleges concern . - Reviews resumes forwarded to the recruitment department. - Assists in arrange initial and final interviews of candidates . - Assist candidates during the interview. - Assists all approved Candidates for the pre-Employment Medical examination and badging requirements. - Reviews all approved candidates document's prior send to Pre-Employment Medical examination for verification purposes. - Preforms other job related duties as assigned.
