• Develops plans that will increase the number of candidates in database. • Conducts searching for qualified candidates and for the hard to fill positions. • Screens and shortlists candidates then submit them to the Recruiter. • Keeps records of candidates, departments requests and vacancies in the archive system. • 'Headhunting' - finds and approaches candidates for specialist jobs. • Advertises vacant positions on the Internet via social networks and Intranet. • Coordinates with various local universities, colleges and other learning centers searching for Graduate lists and potential candidates. • Prepares English Proficiency Test results lists of applicants and candidates. • Generates lists for candidates according to their major and degree. • Conducts studies/ analysis related to all KSAU-HS "hard-to-fill" positions in coordination with the concerned departments. • Monitors the Recruitment website on a daily basis. • Performs other related duties as required. Education :Bachelor's Degree Business Administration , IT , MIS or equivalent - Essential Work Experience : Minimum of two(2) year experience in related field - Essential English Language Skills : Level- I - Essential
