Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or in a related field - Essential Work Experience: Six (6) years of experience in clinical coordination or a related field – Essential English Language Level: Level – I – Essential - IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)

Job Responsibilities

• Works and acts closely with others in the clinical education environment, administration, faculty and students in providing skills lab services and fulfill the needs of the medical curriculum. • Operates and uses high fidelity simulation and task trainers to assist the medical students in applying theory to clinical practices. • Receive and Review event’s requests and coordinate events in Riyadh Clinical Simulation Center (RCSC). • Assists in choosing the appropriate mannequins and task trainers and ensuring that the simulation sessions are prepared. Coordinating clinical sessions and events in RCSC for external departments, other KSAU-HS Colleges and MNGHA residency programs. • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and general operation of clinical equipment, and related multimedia used in the training of healthcare professionals from all specialties. • Makes recommendations regarding to purchase of equipment, consumable items, and supplies required for the operation of the skills labs. • Develops and manages the simulated patient (SP) program, interviewing potential applicants, oversees the compensation process of the SPs. • Ensures that recruiting and training of the SPs are according to the needs of the curriculum. Evaluating the quality of the SP program. • Interfaces with the equipment manufactures regarding equipment troubleshooting and systems problems as well as periodic upgrades and performing all required equipment maintenance. • Collect, analyze work data and prepare reports and recommendations to the administration periodically for quality purposes. • Performs other job-related duties as required.
