Job Requirements

Education: Diploma Degree – Essential Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in an administrative related field – Preferred English Language Skills: IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51) - Essential.

Job Responsibilities

 Provides daily administrative support to the department, and photocopy service when necessary.  Delivers urgent correspondences within and outside the department, as well as records and tracks daily incoming and out-going communication in the department.  Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data analysis reports as required.  Manages and maintains executive schedules and ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings, site visits, assists and welcomes visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings.  Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel.  Enters and reviews data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.  Prepares back-ups of all data information ensuring archival of the data entered, as well as locates and corrects data entry errors or reports them to supervisors.  Presents data in graphs and charts for the best utilization of the information.  Prepares requisition of office supplies, equipment maintenance and follows up requests.  Performs other job-related duties as required.
