Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field – Essential Work Experience: Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources —Essential English Language Level: Level – I – Essential - IELTS: 5, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 466) (IBT: 51)
Participates in planning, development, and implementation of human capital management policies and procedures related to processing employees' salaries and allowances, leave and ticket entitlements and other financial benefits. Assists in writing department policies and procedures in line with the existing APPs. Prepares guidelines to effectively streamline the flow of transactions and recommend continuous system improvements and project implementation within payroll services. Leads the preparation of payroll processing, benefits administration and daily payments transactions. Provides recommendations to the management of human capital in related issues, problems and procedures. Ensures accuracy of earnings, loans and deductions uploaded in Oracle system before payroll run. Gathers statistical and other payroll related reports. Prepares monthly executive reports and monthly payroll processing schedules. Responsible for auditing daily payments before submission for approval to signatory authorities and billing documents for submission to Finance department. Reviews merit increases, transfers and promotions, changes in salary, benefits and other payroll transactions. Performs other job-related duties as required.
