Job Responsibilities

- Develops, perform inspection plans, and investigates on all services provided by services contractors. - Performs and monitors daily routine inspection activities to the designated areas, and reports on the monitoring and reporting activities to the assigned area. - Prepares complete reports with analysis and all related information concerning the activities being reviewed or inspected. -Supervises and monitors the services contractors' to ensure full compliance with the contractual obligations and quality of work performed. -Ensures that personnel and services contractor' facilities meet and strictly adhere to the standards, requirement and regulations of KSAU- HS and in c mpliance with the required standards. -Conducts and assists with regular inspection of the equipment ensuring its proper use and handling in the designated area. -Performs audit and inspection of the service contractors' facilities ensuring a healthy and safety measures are being exercised for the designated area. -Ensures sufficient products and stock level are maintained and always available in the assigned area to meet the university demands. -Ensures prompt and on- time delivery of services to KSAU- HS personnel/departments for the assigned area. -Ensures that related or appropriate inspection of contracted ervices are completed to identify weakness and specific cases of violation within the scope of the work and provide daily reports of the outcomes and results of the inspections. -Performs other job related duties as required.
