1- Performs the duties of a telephone operator in shifting hours. 2- Maintains and follows the monthly schedule, to ensure continuous service in the University and Housing. 3- Maintains complete alphabetical listing of all KSAU-HS staff. 4- Receives telephone trouble reports/requests and refers to supervisor. 5- Trains the new telephone operators. 6- Assists employees in sending and locating fax messages, if necessary. 7- Answers and assists callers by transferring the calls to appropriate department/person based on KSAU-HS services business required.
