Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field – Essential Work Experience: One (1) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources – Preferred English Language Level: STEP: 75%, OR IELTS: 6, OR TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) - Essential.
Principal Duties: Logs all applications of both academic and non-academic to the system. Prepares Nominated Shortlisted candidates to the concerned departments/colleges. Reviews resumes forwarded to the Talent Acquisition Department. Assists in arranging initial and final Interviews of candidates. Assists applicants during the interview. Assists all approved Candidates for the Pre-Employment Medical examination and badging requirements. Reviews all approved Candidates documents prior to send it to Pre-Employment Medical examination for verification purposes. Performs other job-related duties as required
