Principle Duties: 1- Direct team activities and provide work directions and guidelines to Data Registrars; supervise and oversee their work. 2- Make recommendations for program enhancements; assist in testing and implementation of modifications and development. 3-Responsible for investigating the changes and modifications entered by the Data Registrars, correcting the errors; and ensuring that the patient information is being entered in accordance with the policies and procedures. 4-Develop alternative designs to resolve problems in input, storage or retrieval of information, utilizing knowledge of electronic data processing principles. 5-Perform Validation and Quality Control Testing. 6-Coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure. 7-Produce reports for department administration and for researchers or clinicians. 8-Liaise with the rest of the department teams ensuring a consistent and professional approach to related work. 9-Provide coaching and guidance to team members as necessary. 10-Perform other job related duties as required.
