Directs and oversees the activities related to Women Empowerment in accordance with university policies and procedures. - Master Degree holder - Essential. - Ten(10) years of experience in related field including five (5) years in a managerial capacity - Essential. - English Language Level I ( IELTS: 6.0, TOEFL, IBT: 61 , PBT: 500 , STEP: 75%)
- Develop goals related to the strategic plan of the woman empowerment at the female campuses. - Analyzes departmental needs and recommends changes and improvement. - Manages the developmental and implementation of departmental goals, objectives, and programs. - Participates in planning and directing the department work plans, assigns projects & initiatives, reviews and evaluates work methods and procedures, and meets with key staff to identify and resolve problems. - Provides leadership, guidance, support and supervision of staff, and takes responsibility for day to day operation. - Oversees hiring, training, promotions, and performance of staff. - Review, analyzes, and investigates all problems and suggestions received related to the department. - represents the department to other departments and outside stakeholders. - Prepare and presents reports, recommendations and other necessary correspondence. - Perform other job-related duties as required.
