Assis ts in inquires and n;scarch of complaints, incidents and unusual activities that occur on hospital premises Invoh·ing local authorities. compiles and submits case fi les in accordance with established procedure to include lncidcm Reports, Summaries. Findings and Recommendations. 2. Maintains case files on all inquiries with assigned control and sec urity measures of record keeping. includrng classified material for retrieval as neeessary. 3. Maintains and ensures confidentiality at all times, as deem necessary permission to release infonmrtion mnust be delegated authority of Manager. Liaison Section or Chief, Investigation. 4. Conducts interviews and prepare narral!ve report directly related to complaints, incidents or unusual activity as required. 5. Coordinates aml assists rnvestigation staff in thscharging their duties in inveestigating in particular of Traffic Accidents occuning rn Hospital Premises and those occurring off site that involve hospital vehicles. 6. Coordinates and assists hospital employee's vehicle involved in accident occurred off site within the metropolitan area as needed on diverse legal requirement arise. 7.
