Job Requirements

Education: Diploma in business Administration, Business Studies, Arts, Public Administration or a related discipline Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Arts, Public Administration or a related discipline For position within Engineering-Technical areas a technical qualification is preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years position related experience two of which must be at a supervisory level. For positions within Engineering-Technical areas previous experience of working in a technical area, engineering organisation, architect firm or related environment.

Job Responsibilities

-Receives communication from within and outside NGHA. -Screens all incoming memorandums and discusses critical issues appropriately. -Provides general administrative support, including coordinating and follow-up with departmental staff to expedite actions on the various matters assigned within the department. -Manage the office, supervises the work of secretarial staff and performs other secretarial functions. -prepares, develops and submits reports as requested. -Develops forms, tracking and filing systems for use in the office. -Takes charge of supervising the staff and the office operations in the absence of higher management. -Coordinates, plans and schedules meeting as instructed. -Manages and monitors inventory and requests for office supplies and equipment. -Performs other job related duties as required.
