English Language Skills: IELTS: 4.5, STEP: 50, or TOEFL: (PBT: 410-413) (IBT: 34) Education Requirement: High School - E Diploma degree in any discipline - P Work Experience: Diploma degree holder, Post-Graduate Training/SCDP- E High School holder: Minimum of Two (2) years experience in the related field - E Competencies: Knowledge of basic math understanding of metric measurement systems

Job Responsibilities

Main areas of responsibility: I. Train laborers in materials handling and storage machine. 2. Inspect completed work to ensure the acceptable standards are maintained. 3. Receive and oversee the distribution of supplies to respective areas. 4. Rotate stocks and pick items for issuance to respective areas. 5. Maintain close check of expiration date of products. 6. Apply the principle of FIFO (First-in First-out) to ensure that stocks are properly rotated. 7. Inspect physical condition of supplies and report any discrepancy to the Supervisor. 8. Maintain record of back-order and make appropriate action as required. 9. Assist in the annual and cyclic inventories. 10. Arrange and clean the store at the end of the day on a daily basis. 11 . Perform other job related duties, as required.
