Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Principal Duties: - Prepares organization’s monthly or yearly reports, business cases and development of different models that show the organization’s performance and resulting links as aligned to the strategic plan. - Provides consultative business and advisory support to the organization through leading and facilitating planning activities. - Guides department heads in cascading the long-term organizational strategies to short-term and medium-term operational plans. - Coordinates with key stakeholders and department heads for the timely completion of departmental plans in line with organizational strategic plans and departmental periodical achievement reports. - Collaborates with all levels of management in implementing plans through creating road maps, forecasting, and change management. - Assists in setting-up work related targets, post-implementation management, and track attainment of projected benefits. - Creates appropriate tools to communicate and evaluate the performance through meetings, conferences or developing promotional materials. - Coordinates, reviews, and participates in data collection, analysis, planning, formulation, and implementation of a wide variety of organizational activities utilizing internal and external sources. - Mentors colleagues involved in planning related activities in strategic plan, organizational planning, project management, relationship development, and analytical capabilities. - Maintains up-to-date documentation of related work activities and provides briefing papers to higher management. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
