Job Requirements: Education : Bachelor Degree in Health related science – Essential Bachelor Degree in Nursing / Epidemiology / Public Health - Preferred Work Experience : One (1) year of experience in clinical research – Preferred English Language Level : Level – I – Essential: STEP: 75% or more, IELTS: 5 or more, TOEFL:(PBT: 466 or more) (IBT: 51 or more)
Job Responsibilities: - Coordinates and liaises with Principal Investigators the assigned submitted research proposals. - Collects and collates the necessary data pertaining to the assigned research project, and place into completed reports as required by Principal Investigators. Ensures that the required corrections and other required information are reflected and submitted accordingly. - Liaises and coordinates with varying departments internally and externally to attain required data and information, such as, but not limited to, Health Information Management in order to obtain lists of patients involved in research projects to review charts of patients to retrieve and compile data in retrospective and prospective research projects. - Coordinates with investigators for prospective research projects to control patient flow for accurate follow-up of these patients. Creates and coordinates database systems to manage the files by entering codes, tabulating retrieved data, regular inputs/updates are entered on the status of the assigned research projects. - Reviews, maintains and updates database files and research files of patients enrolled in and actively participating in the research projects. - Maintains and provides regular updates and communications with the Principal Investigators with regard to the assigned research study. - Coordinates and undertake associated research administrative functions/tasks as assigned. - Prepares monthly, annual and ad hoc reports as requested. - Performs other job related duties as required.
