Maintains meetings of committees and sub-committees, including agenda preparation and minute transcription to ensure timely documentation, further communications, and follow-up process. Organizing Academic and Nonacademic Postgraduate educational daily events and scientific committees and councils related to applicants, trainees, and faculty development and responsible for planning and facilitating of its logistical requirements Ensures appropriate review and conduct procedures of requests for all eligible faculties and employees by updating the forms and applying the accreditation standards. Collects and analyzes data and necessary information to generate periodical statistical reports and assists the department in achieving strategic goals and objectives and updating information Responsible for all types of reports and data collection and monitoring data about all Postgraduate educational events, including applicants, trainees, and students Represent and Coordinates with other educational institutions nationally and international Announces the advertisements and organizes the orientation program for applicants, maintains their requirements and database, and distributes postgraduate program materials to all trainees, students, employees, and faculty. Performs other job-related duties as required.
