- English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) - Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Essential -Experience: One (1) year of experience in a related field — Preferred
- Assists in developing a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, contracts, and compensation. - Communicates with departments, employees, applicants, in order to provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, and personnel records. - Conducts employee orientation programs by introducing employment compensation, benefits, payroll, and medical coverage. - Liaises with Human Resources Department as required to ensure accurate data is exchanged between departments. - Informs applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as tenure, hours of work, benefits, and general work expectations. - Provides overall assistance and research support on benefit policies, programs, and procedures. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
