Job Requirements

Education: (No Specific Degree Required) Training in film and television production through vocational school or college courses or through an apprenticeship. Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years experience in a film-making facility, preferably in producing videotapes in Medical Education Department or industrial training - Essential Computer literate and experience in digital non-linear audio/video computer editing - Essential Experienced and knowledgeable in all formats of video prediction from pre-production to post production - Preferred Ability to drive and qualify for Saudi Arabian driving license – Preferred Valid Saudi Driving License - Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with directors, sound and lighting technicians, electricians, and other crew members to discuss assignments and determine filming sequences, desired effects, camera movements, and lighting requirements. - Observes sets or locations for potential problems and determine filming and lighting requirements. - Conducts tests on equipment using the correct test signals and test tapes, set record and replay parameters and select correct head and audio tracks. - Operates television and/or video cameras to shoot a wide range of material such as studio programs, training sessions, and events. Adjust positions and controls of cameras, printers, and related equipment to change focus, exposure, and lighting. - Instruct other camera operators regarding camera setups, angles, distances, movement, and variables and cues for starting and stopping filming. - Operate zoom lenses, changing images according to specifications and rehearsal instructions. S. Edits raw footage using electronic news-gathering or film-production equipment. - Test, fine-tune, calibrate, repair and clean audio and video equipment. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
