Job Requirements

English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61) • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Work Experience: 5 Years of related experience required including 3 years of programming and analysis. Must have knowledge of application development software currently used in ISD. Additional experience may be substituted for education. English Level : Skilled Level - 1 - E Comupter skills : MASTER

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform studies of user activities and procedures. Recommend and develop improvements on their system. 2. Meet with user to analyze their needs and discuss change requests. 3. Code programs and prepares test data. 4. Test developed programs and assure quality before putting on production. 5. Manage and assign manpower and resources for application development. 6. Provide production procedures for both users and operations section. 7. Make final decision regarding completion and acceptabilityof system. 8. Manage and coordinate user training in new systemsand applications. 9. Manage and guide subordinates. 10. Assist with preparation and maintenance of long-termsystem development plans. 11. Maintain an up to date documentationrelated to work activities. 12. Follows all prescribed safety procedures 13. Performs otherjob related duties, as assigned.
