Education: Associate Diploma in Computer Science/Technical Support or a related field - Essential Work experience: Six (6) years of experience in Technical Support - Essential English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
- Ensures that the technical equipment is tested, tuned, calibrated and cleaned on a scheduled basis with completion of the replacement/repair requests of malfunctioning equipment and materials. - Monitors the progress and performance of operating systems and technical equipment. - Operates systems including adjustments to the configuration according to scheduled updates and/or new information. - Maintains an up-to-date documentation of all work procedures. - Provides required equipment and supplies when needed. - Troubleshoots issues related to systems and technical equipment. - Supports other staff in the set-up and operation of equipment. - Performs other job-related duties as required.
