Education: Bachelor Degree in MIS, or Business administration,Human Resources equivalent qualification. Work Experience: Minimum of (4) years’ experience in HR system or equivalent department within a medium sized organization. - English Language skills: IELTS: 6, STEP: 75, or TOEFL: (PBT: 500) (IBT: 61)
-Implement the manpower actions such as re-titling, splitting, reclassification, trade-off, creation of new positions, changing benefits group. - Implement the approved expansion of Division/Departments across regions. -Uses HR system to maintain the organization’s database. -Creates staffing requests forwarded from different respective Recruitment Officers from all regions. -Provides the requested information to departments with their Manpower Status Report (MSR).
