Job Description
• Directs the daily training activities of Safety & Fire Protection personal and In -service training for other departments.
• Maintains skills in basic coaching, motivational techniques and adaptation appropriate of lesson plan or materials to specify instructional situations and methods of dealing with disruptive and unsafe behavior.
• Maintains training records and report forms accurately completed and submitted in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains records of shift and individual training, in a program defined by the Department.
• Organize the classroom, or outdoor learning environment to ensure lightings, distractions, climate control or weather, noise control, seating, audiovisual equipment, teaching aids, and safety of trainees are properly considered.
• Ensures over-all safety of students and participants at drills and lectures.
• Prepares hands-on fire and rescue training modules.
• Ensures that required equipment for training are available and in working order at all times.
• Reviews instructional given materials to ensure of the lesson plan, learning environment, and resources that need adaptation are identified.
• Carries out on-call duties in rotation with other Fire Protection Services Department senior officers.
• Performs other job related duties as required.

English Language Requirement (Level I ):
