Job Description
• Meets with user to analyze their needs and discuss change requests.
• Codes programs and prepares test data.
• Tests and develops programs and assure quality prior to production.
• Manages and assigns manpower and resources for application development.
• Provides production procedures for both users and operations section.
• Makes final decision regarding completion and acceptability of system.
• Manages and coordinates user training in new systems and applications.
• Manages and guides the subordinates.
• Assists with preparation and maintenance of long-term system development plans.
• Maintains an up-to-date documentation related to work activities.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
