Job Description
Principal Duties:
• Gathers information through interviews, document reviews, examination of systems, ensuring quality control on collected data.
• Interprets data using logic and reasoning in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
• Develops new and improve methods and ideas of data collection, processing analysis and dissemination of data.
• Submits documents to subject matter experts, team members and/or proofreaders etc for review and feedback.
• Communicates statistical concepts and findings in a concise and effective manner according to established professional and company standards.
• Assists in the production and publication of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports on subjects such as benchmarking and health indicators.
• Assists in the preparation of comparative statistical reports of universities kingdom-wide in accordance with publication and distribution deadlines.
• Maintains electronic database of documents, such as draft and final versions in hard copy and soft copy formats, for permanent storage and future reference.
• Assists in the preparation of departmental resource materials, policies and procedures for the collection, analysis, evaluation, interpretation and reporting data.
• Assists in the preparation and measurement of Key Performance Indicators for various departments.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
