Job Description
• Assists in maintaining a centralized and categorized system of all KSAU-HS’ policies and procedures and academic bylaws.
• Assists in the documentation of the collaboration with concerned areas related to the creation, update, and revision of administrative policies and procedures (APPs).
• Assists in the development and review of new and existing administrative policies and procedures (APPs), proposes recommendations, and facilitates required approvals.
• Assists in the facilitation of the process of finalization, publication, and distribution of new and/or revised administrative policies and procedures (APPs) through the university website.
• Participates in the development of new policy guidelines to ensure standardization across KSAU-HS.
• Provides assistance to all areas in the interpretation of all policies and procedures.
• Controls a centralized system and protocol for the creation, review and distribution of administrative policies and procedures (APPs).
• Reviews and ensures that each administrative policy and procedure (APP) is reviewed by concerned areas to reflect the most up-to-date process, procedure, directive, and policy for standardization purposes.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
