Job Description
• Fills and prepares medication orders for checking by staff Pharmacist.
• Admixes sterile pharmaceuticals in accordance with department-approved guidelines and clinical trial protocol.
• Prepares investigational drug labels and packages for blind treatment.
• Prepares medication labels, as stated by the policy.
• Participates in stock control programs (inventorying and monitoring usage).
• Monitors expiration dates of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintains a clean working environment, including hoods and countertops.
• Maintains adequate stocks of investigational drugs and materials needed.
• Ensures the maintenance and safe operations of equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

English Language Requirement (Level I ):
