Job Description
Coordinates the administration of the Residency Training Programs under the auspices of Academic Affairs, and in accordance with Saudi Council regulations.
Produces and update Resident’s Orientation Manual and Departmental Rules & Regulations.
Coordinates the requirements based on long and short term needs of the department.
Attends Medical Education Committee Meeting and take the necessary action to implement the Committee’s decisions.
Prepares and generates computerized reports and tracking of Arab Board and Saudi Board examination results and registration.
Coordinates related administrative activities of the postgraduate training programs when needed.
Submits related quarterly reports, and produces specialized reports on Residency Training highlights as needed.
Submits correspondence and memoranda as needed
Performs other job-related duties as required.
