COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN OPERATOR (سعوده/احلال)

 Produces the 2D and 3D construction, as-built, shop drawings, and blueprints using professional software.
 Interacts with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during the design process.
 Carries out all tasks necessary to ensure completion of all design and construction drawings.
 Determines impact of site requirements and building codes before doing drawings or blueprints and uses manual drawing skills for plans that cannot be computer generated. Also, draws layout of room and building interiors.
 Maintains complete and accurate records of all drawings and modifications to the assigned work.
 Revises/updates drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects once a project moves from design to construction and to ensure compliance with the original design plans.
 Safeguards and maintains in good working order all assigned tools and CAD terminals.
 Advises the Director of Technical Affairs, of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments.
 Performs other job-related duties as required.
