Artificial Intelligence Specialist I

• Collects, organizes, and preprocesses large datasets required for AI model development.
• Designs, develops, and implements advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Validates and tests AI models to ensure high levels of accuracy, reliability, and fairness in predictions and decision-making.
• Deploys and integrates AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
• Continuously monitors model performance, optimizes for efficiency, and updates models based on new data or changing requirements.
• Stays abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, evaluating and applying innovative techniques where appropriate.
• Ensures all AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, comply with data privacy regulations, and actively work to minimize algorithmic bias.
• Provides technical guidance and support, mentors junior team members, and delivers training sessions on AI tools and applications.
• Documents AI development processes, model architectures, and performance metrics for transparency and future reference.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand organizational needs and ensure AI solutions align with strategic goals.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

Bachelor Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or a related field - Essential
Master Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science or a related field - Preferred

Five (5) years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or a related field - Essential

Certified Professional in Python, R, SQL and other relevant programming languages certification - Preferred
