Job Description
• Provides daily administrative support to the department.
• Answers telephone and gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Analyzes incomings memoranda, submissions, and reports to determine significance and plans distributions.
• Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
• prepares correspondence, receives and welcomes visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings.
• Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all appointments, booked meetings, inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel.
• Manages and maintains executive schedules and ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings, site visits, etc.
• Prepares correspondence, agenda, documents, minutes relevant to meetings, and ensures timely distribution of information.
• Prepares reports, and manages special projects as assigned; supervises weekly preparation reports.
• Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

English Language Requirement (Level I ):
